Role of labor union at the present stage: features of work in new conditions

On January 21-22, 2016 the chief specialist (the lawyer, on government purchases) the administrative and managerial personnel of branch Gannochenko Olesya Vasilyevna and the leading expert (on the personnel) the administrative and managerial personnel of branch Kydyralina Ainagul Kalybayevna participated in a seminar training on a subject: «A role of labor union at the present stage: features of work in new conditions», organized and carried out PA «Branch Labor Union of Workers of a Construction Complex and Housing and Communal Services» together with PI «Center of Training, Researches and Resolution of Conflicts of FT RK» in Astana. The forum was held the chairman of PA «Branch Labor Union of Workers of a Construction Complex and Housing and Communal Services» Esengazin K.Sh., vice-chairmen of Federation of Labor unions of RK Kazantsev P.O., Zhumageldiyeva G.A., lecturers: doctor of jurisprudence, professor of ENU of L.N. Gumilev – Nurgaliyeva E.N., the chief public safety inspector of FT RK – Peresunko A.K. On a seminar training questions on structure and tasks of labor union in modern conditions were discussed, what rights and duties allocated the trade-union leader, the actual changes made to the Labour code of RK since January 01, 2016. On the end of a seminar training participants were handed certificates on listening of lecture material. We express gratitude to organizers a seminar training for the given opportunity to share and exchange experience of the trade-union organizations, and also to examine innovations in the sphere of the labor legislation of RK.
