Тhe training courses for working with the Unified electronic document management system RSE "Gosexpertiza.

As part of the improvement program of RSE "Gosexpertiza" is a pilot project for electronic acceptance of construction documents compatible with the Single electronic document management system, which is the developer of JSC «NAT KAZAKHSTAN». In this regard, during the period from 24 to 25 July 2013 in Astana, the head of sector expertise workflow branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in the Aktobe region participated in the training courses for working with the Unified electronic document management system RSE "Gosexpertiza." JSC «NAT KAZAKHSTAN» kick-off meeting was held on the program "One electronic document management system." The purpose of the training is to familiarize potential users with the features of the user interface and functionality of the system eWSS. Also conducted practical classes, namely: • Course "Receiving CAP." The aim of the course - to teach users to register destinations and received construction documents. • Course "Monitoring the heads of departments." The aim of the course - to teach people ways of monitoring workflow. • The course "Legal assistance". The aim of the course - to teach people legal support for the project. • Course "Accounting Services". The purpose of the course - to educate users accounting support the project. • Course "Accounting for expert opinions." The aim of the course - to teach people the method of accounting expert opinions within the system. • Course "Expert activity." The purpose of the course - to educate users of expert activity in the system. • Course "Library" The purpose of the course - to train users to work with documents in the system specification. At a national seminar was attended by experts branches of RSE "Gosexpertiza" directly involved process that ensures a-schimi electronic document design and estimate documentation. Also, the participants of the meeting were made suggestions and comments by e-acceptance of construction documents that will be taken into account in the implementation of the project. At the end of the workshop participants received a certificate confirming the course.
