May 3-4, 2012 in Almaty, two-day seminar for engineers, project organizations and the Republic of Kazakhstan specialists of territorial units of RSE «Gosexpertiza» on «Reforming the pricing of construction products in the Repuclic of Kazakhsatn».
The organizers were: Republican State Enterprise «Gosexpertiza» and the Southern branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza».
The main theme of the seminar were the issues of pricing of construction products, and RK relevance of their use in the preparation of Project Estimate documentation, necessity and appropriateness when determining the price of materials - the use of specialized collections of prices for the regions of RK, and analogues of existing projects.
By monitoring the mistakes made by the design organizations for the 2011 Republican State Enterprise «Gosexpertiza» , revealed the basis of these shortcomings and flaws - it is poorly prepared for the job Project Estimate documentation.
In connection with this recommended design organizations to focus their attention on assisting the customer in a more complete and thorough compilation of job design, taking into account the characteristics of the proposed facility.
Also at the seminar addressed issues of program efficiency and the need for organizations to design a more effective participation in this process, pointing to the customer on the validity of the use of energy efficient technologies, with a slight rise in price which provides a low cost of operation of the facility in the future.
At the end of the workshop participants expressed their gratitude to the organizers for holding such an event, which raises the professional level of the construction industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
