Within the Plan for professional development of staff of RSE branch of "Gosexpertize" for the Aktyubinsk area for 2015, the chief specialist (the lawyer, on government purchases) the administrative and managerial personnel of branch of Gannochenko O.V. participated in a seminar on a subject "Government procurements according to the Law RK "About Government Procurements" (an edition of 29.12.2014), Rules of carrying out electronic government procurements (an edition of 23.06.2015), Rules of implementation of government procurements (an edition of 23.06.2015), organized and carried out by ICFED-Kazakhstan LLP on September 17-18, 2015 in Aktobe. The seminar was held by the certified specialist in public procurement, the author of the magazine "The state order. Questions and answers", the expert of ACTUALIS system - Hudaybergenova Natalya Aleksandrovna. In a seminar the main ways of carrying out government procurements in RK, the bases of recognition of the potential supplier to not conforming qualification requirements, feature of maintaining the register of unfair suppliers, responsibility of heads and participants of government procurements according to the Administrative Code of RK, and also the new bill "About Government Procurements" which will be accepted and enacted since January 01, 2016 were discussed. On the termination of a 2-day course, were handed certificates on passing of advanced training course and lecture material.
