FIRST EXPERT MASTER CLASS

On December 14, 2023, on the eve of the Independence Day of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the branch of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" in the region of Zhetіsu and Almaty region gathered general planners and architects of the region at its site for an expert master class. And this is symbolic, because they are all architects and builders of the future of Kazakhstan, and the appearance of our cities, the monumentality of structures, the comfort of our houses and the functionality of schools, hospitals and buildings now depend on us. The moderator of the new practical format of interaction between the participants in the design and construction complex was the branch expert Қaratay Riza Zhanatovna. Within the framework of the event, practical materials and developments in the field of designing housing and civilian facilities, solving project mini-problems and a lot of useful information of the declared profile were presented. So, the audience with interest listened to the expert's opinion about typical design errors on planning (section "General plan"), space-planning and architectural solutions (section "Architecture"), separately settled on the basic principles of the location of evacuation routes on the example of public buildings and the issues of calculating earthworks during construction. Practical tasks on fragments of real projects allowed all participants to prove themselves: both experienced designers and novice young architects. It was gratifying to see a large number of young people at the master class, which indicates the prestige of construction specialties. And at the end on a frosty day, the mood was raised by a cup of hot tea in a warm circle of professional communication of like-minded people. This format of the event was successful and allowed the representatives of the design organizations to more clearly learn the expert recommendations, which will make it possible to use them productively in future construction projects
