The traditional meeting of Director General Kazhkenov Kuandyk began with a moment of silence. All institutions must lower the state flags located on the facades and roofs of all buildings on the night from Saturday to Sunday at 00.01. By law, the flag is lowered to the middle of the flagpole. On the day the mourning ends at 24.00 at night, the flag rises again. 2. Akimats of regions, cities need to contact institutions located in their territories in advance (hotels, business centers and others) and ensure the timely descent of flags. 3. Akimats of regions and cities on October 29 to monitor the lowered flags in the entrusted regions in accordance with the law.
