Lecture on: "ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY"

A seminar-meeting "Anti-Corruption Policy" was held at the RSE "Gosexpertiza." During the lecture, the criteria and approaches of internal analysis of corruption risks and the preparation of analytical certificates, as well as measures to eliminate the identified corruption risks were discussed. The seminar-meeting was attended by the heads of branches and deputy director Zh. Mankaraev. For the convenience of the participants, a video conference was organized via Zoom. Kenebaeva Almagul, an officer for particularly important cases of the Anti-Corruption Agency Department in Astana (Anti-Corruption Service), introduced new packages of anti-corruption reforms, as well as a system of anti-corruption measures. The participants explained the latest amendments related to monitoring the compliance of expenses and incomes of civil servants, improving the system of anti-corruption compliance and its coordination, and others. Special attention was given to methods of conducting a qualitative internal analysis of corruption risks. In general, it should be noted the correct understanding of corruption, corruption offenses and responsibility for them. But there is also a "mask of anti-corruption," at most points we are ready to give the palm in the fight against corruption to the authorities. The results of the survey will be used to determine the further anti-corruption policy of the enterprise, some issues that are planned to be covered at the general meetings of the team have been identified.
