Information on the entry into force of the Rules for the implementation of complex non-departmental expertise of construction projects on the principle of "one window"

The branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay region informs potential customers and design organizations that from May 1, 2015 the Rules for carrying out a complex non-departmental examination of feasibility studies and design estimates for construction of new ones, as well as changes ( reconstruction, expansion, technical re-equipment, modernization and major repairs) of existing buildings and structures, their complexes, engineering and transport communications, regardless of Source of funding approved by the Order of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of April 1, 2015 №299. The above-mentioned Rules establish the procedure for conducting a comprehensive non-departmental examination of construction projects on the principle of "One Window", with the participation of industry and departmental expertise. The rules are mandatory for all subjects of architectural, town-planning and construction activities carried out in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
