About participation in seminars on public procurement issues, as well as legal, personnel issues for employees of RSE " Statexpertise"

For executing the plan of professional studying RSE " Statexpertise " in 2017, there were spent the seminars on public procurement issues, as well as legal, personnel issues from 13d to 15th September 2017 where chief of the administrative department of branch A. Akinov, chief specialists of the administrative department of branch N. Seiytmatov and T. Usenbaeva took part. Opening of the event took place with the opening speech of the General Director of RSE " Statexpertise " T. Karagoyshin. The first day of the seminar was devoted to the topic "Electronic public procurement: a full review of changes and additions". There were discussed issues related to the entry into force on August 01,2017 of amendments and additions to the Rules for the implementation of EPP approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan from June 15, 2017 No. 384: the methods of procurement, the correct choice of the method of procurement, the differences in the methods of procurement, registers in the sphere of PP, the contract on PP and its features, etc. There were spent seminar on the theme "Changes in Labor Legislation: Actual Issues of Law Enforcement and Judicial Practice". The program of the seminar included practical issues of application of the new norms of the Customs Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (LRK as of 11/23/2015 №414-V), the practice of courts applying the norms of labor legislation (expert analysis and recommendations), as well as the organization of military registration of persons liable for military service and conscripts of legal entities in accordance with Order of the Minister of Defense of January 24, 2017 No. 28. The final day was devoted to the topic "Review of changes in the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
