State of the Nation Address by President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev «Kazakhstan in a new global reality: growth, reform, development»

December 4, 2015 in the branch of RSE «Gosexpertiza» in Almaty as part of the familiarization with the Message of the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev to people of Kazakhstan «Kazakhstan in a new global reality: growth, reform, development» on November 30, 2015 a meeting was held to explain and discuss new challenges and problems related to the difficult economic situation and that it is important to decide in accordance with the strategy of the «100 steps». At the meeting was shown the video excerpt, voiced the main tasks set in the Address of the Head of State «Kazakhstan in the new global reality: growth, reform, development». 7 steps were considered anti-crisis opportunities of Kazakhstan in the global crisis, 7 lines of the new investment policy, 10 social sensation in the global crisis and the 3 steps for the development of technical training and improve the innovative capacity of the Kazakhstan economy. Thus, the message of the President determines, for all of us and for the country as a whole new and unique ways and means of overcoming global challenges. According to the results of discussion, adopted the following solutions: 1. To support the message of the President to the Nation «Kazakhstan in the new global reality: growth, reform, development» and take it as a document setting out the main objectives and priorities of the branch. 2. To provide a stable position in the market through the improvement of the integrated management system, extensive use of IT-technologies, advanced software, electronic means of receiving PSD electronic portal. 3. In every possible way to ensure the effectiveness of the system of state expertise of projects to improve the quality of comprehensive departmental examination of feasibility and design estimates for construction of facilities and complexes of all economic sectors in the city of Almaty. 4. Create conditions in the branch to ensure the full involvement of staff in the implementation of the tasks set by the Head of State to the people of Kazakhstan, carrying out work on the continuous improvement of the level of professionalism and responsibility of the whole team. 5. Develop the material and technical base of the branch, to exercise strict control over expenditure, to ensure respect for public property. 6. To provide social support to employees of the branch with the help of the trade union committee. 7. Demonstrate integrity and tolerance of corruption, violation of labor discipline, poor performance of duties, and the strain of moral and psychological climate in the team.
