Republican seminar on document circulation and archival management.

On May, 30-31th, 2012 in RSE «Gosexpertiza» the republican seminar for experts on document circulation and archival management of territorial divisions took place. Experts of documentary services of 16 affiliated structures RSE «Gosexpertiza» have taken part in a seminar. To a seminar have been invited Head of faculty of a state language of Academy of the government at the President of Republic of Kazakhstan, the candidate of pedagogical sciences, professor Tulenbergenova N.T., experts of National archive of Republic of Kazakhstan Baltashev Z.A., Khairullina A.K., Adilkulova A.P.
The seminar was opened by general director of RSE «Gosexpertiza» Yerezhepov B.B., in the performance it has concentrated attention of participants on the priorities facing to state expert appraisal, has noted a urgency of questions of introduction of electronic document circulation, the control of execution of documents and assignments, and also qualitative preparation of projects of documents in territorial divisions. During a seminar problem questions of conducting office-work at the enterprises, conducting office-work in a state language, questions of archival management, technology of work with documents, and also the organization of work of archives and other questions have been considered. Also participants of a seminar have visited a museum of the Kazakh leader, the founder of the modern Kazakh literature, the poet and the writer, statesman Sakena Seifullina where have got acquainted with the biography and creativity of the writer.
