About energy-efficient technologies at designing and operation systems of heating, ventilation and air conditioning in industrial and civil buildings

Scientific technical information center «Progress» (the Russian Federation, St.-Petersburg) has been organized and 3 - on April, 7th, 2012 is held the international seminar «Energy-efficient technologies at designing and operation of systems of heating, ventilation and an air conditioning of industrial and civil buildings» in which experts RSE "Gosexpertiza" have taken part.
At a seminar the basic questions were:
- About energy saving and increase of power efficiency and about modification in separate acts - power efficiency of systems of ventilation and an air conditioning;
- Sanitary-hygienic efficiency of ventilating systems (system of ventilation with the variable charge of air; systems of ventilation on need; an estimation of sanitary-hygienic efficiency of systems of ventilation with use of gases-tracer and methods of mathematical and physical modeling);
- Questions fire safety - fire safety of systems of ventilation and air-conditioning; smoky ventilation; definition of categories of premises, buildings and external installations on explosion and fire danger; classification of explosive zones; calculation of the charge of an air flow on conditions of maintenance explosion - fire safety; the order of coordination special technical specifications in the field of fire safety;
- Сhiller -fan coil system - chiller with air and water cooling the condenser; chiller with one-screw and twin-screw compressors, parameters energy- efficient chiller;
-Technologies and technical means of drainage of air - condensation and adsorption dehumidification, independent and in structure of systems of ventilation and air-conditioning;
-Technologies and technical means of humidifying of air - isothermal and adiabitic humidifying of air, independent and in structure of systems of ventilation and air-conditioning.
- Modern systems air distribution in systems of ventilation of large objects of industrial and social purpose;
- Design decisions and operation of systems heat recovery in installations of ventilation and an air conditioning - features and the comparative analysis of ways heat recovery; designing recuperative lamellar heat exchangers, features of work heat exchangers recuperative type in severe climatic conditions, methods of struggle with freezing of heat exchangers; the analysis of economic efficiency of heat recovery;
- Modern test methods and adjustments of air conditioning systems.
Sessions were led by lecturers of the St.-Petersburg state polytechnical university Vishnevsky E. and Belyanin V.A.
