TEF «Constructions of gas pipeline «West-North-Center»

The presentation of the technical-economic feasibility on March, 1st, 2012 took place in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services «Construction of gas pipeline «West-North-Center».

General designer: JSC «Kazakh institute of oil and gas».
The technical-economic feasibility is developed according to the assignment of Head of the state Nazarbaev N.A. of data to the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan on results of 7-th Forum of inter-regional cooperation of Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation.
The purpose of construction of gas pipeline «West-North-Center» is maintenance of stable deliveries of gas in corresponding regions of Republic of Kazakhstan, including capital the city of Astana. With start-up of a gas main there will be an opportunity for gasification about 600 settlements with the population about 2,6 million person.
The gas pipeline provides delivery of gas to social and industrial needs of northern and central regions of Republic of Kazakhstan on a route from Compressor Station-14 «Kartaly» through the cities of Tobol and Kokshetau and up to city of Astana in volume 5,297 billion m3/year.
The technical-economic feasibility «Construction of gas pipeline "West-North-Center" is considered in RSE "Gosexpertiza".
