About development of system of the storm water drain in the city of Astana

On February, 28th, 2012 in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services «Development of system of the storm water drain the presentation of the technical-economic feasibility took place in the city of Astana (Updating for the estimated periods 2015, 2020 and 2030)»

The technical-economic feasibility is on consideration in RSE «Gosexpertiza».
The technical-economic feasibility does not assume change of the basic scheme of the storm water drain of city of Astana. The prospect of development of capital system of the storm water drain is planned on the basis of an available network and projected system of the storm water drain with development in areas of perspective building. The technical-economic feasibility is made according to the general plan of city of Astana updated in 2011 on corresponding estimated periods: till 2015, till 2020 and till 2030 (the governmental order of Republic of Kazakhstan from July, 30th, 2011 884 «About modification in the governmental order of Republic of Kazakhstan from August, 15th, 2001 1064 «About the general plan of city of Astana»).
The technical-economic feasibility on updating system of the storm water drain provides the decision of questions of gathering, clearing and recycling of the superficial drain formed as a result of thawing of a snow, rains, полива and sinks of surfaces of the areas and streets of the Astana planned to development under building on specified prospect.
