Presentation of the Project «Distribution and transshipment complex oil and petroleum products «Aktau».

The presentation of the project took place in the city of Astana on February, 23rd in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services «Distribution and transshipment complex oil and petroleum products «Aktau» with annual production rate up to 12 million tons». The place of a complex certain territory Special economic zone (SEZ) «Seaport Aktau» (a subzone №2).

Creation of an infrastructure of coastal objects of maintenance of sea operations is spent within the limits of the State program of development of the Kazakhstan sector of Caspian sea, the State program of industrially-innovative development of Kazakhstan, and also the strategic plan for development of Republic of Kazakhstan and expansion International Commercial Seaport Aktau in northern direction.
As it was specified, construction of a distribution and transshipment complex oil and petroleum products is planned to carry out for territories of a special economic zone of seaport, on the grounds, not suitable for agricultural use. According to the legislation the complex will to settle down in kilometer from a coastline of Caspian sea, outside a water-security zone.
The project of a petrotransshipment complex assumes construction of a modern tank farm which is intended for reception, storages and export of crude oil and various kinds of mineral oil. The petrofuel complex is projected in view of the newest development in the field of the oil industry and requirements of the International and National standards on safety and will be equipped by the automatic monitoring systems of reception advanced on today, storages, deliveries of oil and petroleum products , and also requirements of industrial and fire safety.
