REPORT on the results of production activities RSE "Gosexpertiza" for 12 months of 2021

According to the data for 12 months of 2021, the system of RSE "Gosexpertiza" considered the 3,221 unit of documentation for construction with the total declared estimated (estimated) cost of construction of 12,632,036 billion tenge. Of these, 2,900 units with a total estimated (estimated) construction cost of 11,702,520 billion tenge are recommended for approval.
As a result of the examination, due to the poor quality of the design documentation, characterized by the presence of shortcomings and violations of regulatory requirements, 321 units of documentation were returned for revision.
In this regard, as a result of the adjustment of the project documentation according to the comments of the State Expert Committee and the application of the proposals recommended by it, as well as the exclusion of unreasonable and inappropriate costs, the total estimated (estimated) cost of construction in the projects was reduced by 990.014 billion tenge, including for projects financed by public investment - 551.690 billion tenge.
