Results of work RSE "Gosexpertiza" For January-December, 2012

On accounting data for the period from January, 1st till December, 31st, 2012 system of State examination (on republic) are considered 12735 units of the documentation on construction with a total declared budget cost of construction 13 729,679 billion tenge that has made 144 % in comparison with the corresponding period of 2011. Are recommended to the statement of 12561 units with a total budget cost of construction 7 708,308 billion tenge (88.6%). As a result of examination because of poor quality of the design documentation, described by presence of numerous defects and infringements of normative requirements, 174 units of the documentation with the general declared (estimated) budget cost of construction on 5 204,722 billion tenge are returned on completion.
In this connection, as a result of updating the design documentation under remarks of State examination and application of offers recommended by her, and also exceptions of unreasonable and no-purpose expenses, the total declared budget (estimated) cost of construction in projects has been lowered on 816,649 billion tenge, including under the projects financed due to the state investments – 460,897 billion tenge.
