Prospects for Automated verification of projects developed using information modeling technology

As part of the AstanaBuild 2024 exhibition, a round table was held on the topic “Prospects for Automated verification of projects developed using Information Modeling Technology.” The event was moderated by RSE State Expertise.
Speakers from ALBATECH LLP and BI Development LLP presented real case studies of projects developed using TIMSO, highlighting key performance indicators achieved by design organizations and developers during project implementation.
Representatives of RSE Gosexpertiza described the process of project examination using TIMSO, outlining both current challenges and future prospects of automated verification.
RSE State Urban Cadastre presented an automated information system of the State Urban Planning Cadastre as a tool for monitoring urban development projects and the life cycle of construction facilities.
Representatives of Shar-Qurylys LLP and Tangle shared Russian experience in conducting pilot projects and developing software for automated verification of BIM models.
JSC KazNIISA demonstrated preliminary results in digitizing regulatory documentation for integration into automated verification tools and outlined a vision for further optimization of construction documentation.
As a result of the round table, it was decided to continue holding such discussions with all stakeholders to further develop TIMSO in Kazakhstan and generate concrete proposals.
