Experts discussed project Cost management and Engineering services

As part of the resolution adopted at the VII International Conference "Development of the Institution of Construction Expertise", an online round table was held on the topic "Project Cost Management and Engineering Services: The Role of State Expertise."
The meeting, organized by FAU "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia," brought together heads of similar agencies from CIS countries, including Belarus, Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan.
During the round table, participants discussed improvements in pricing and cost estimating in construction, explored tools for managing project costs at the initial stage of the project life cycle, and shared practices for evaluating the estimated cost of capital construction projects.
It is worth noting that the participants intend to continue their cooperation, with the next joint round table scheduled for July 2024.
