Employees of RSE "Gosexpertiza" took part in a seminar on the "e-Otinish" information system

On June 20, 2024, RSE " Gosexpertiza" hosted a training seminar on handling citizen appeals and using the "e-Otinish" information system. The meeting was held via video conference.
The seminar featured guest speakers from the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" (NAO).
During the training, participants discussed issues related to appeals from individuals and legal entities, as well as procedures for working with the "e-Otinish" system, which is based on the Administrative Procedural Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the concept of a "Listening State."
At the end of the meeting, participants shared examples of situations encountered when working with the information system and put forward their suggestions.
