1900 Expert opinions issued by the Gosexpertiza in the first Half of 2024

Of these, 269 were negative and 1,631 positive. More than half of the opinions (72%) were issued for construction projects implemented with state investments and funds of quasi-public sector entities.
The majority share (74%) consisted of opinions on new construction projects. More than half of these (52%) were projects in the fields of healthcare, residential and civil facilities, and education.
According to the reviewed projects, the top five regions in terms of planned construction were: Astana city, Turkistan region, Karaganda region, Zhetysu region, and Almaty region.
Experts reminded that negative opinions are issued when projects do not comply with the requirements and restrictions established by initial documents and design and construction standards. In most cases, such opinions result from the failure to eliminate justified comments within the timeframes set by legislation.
