Issues of construction organization projects discussed at the State expertise platform

RSE “Gosexpertiza” hosted a round table on the examination of the section “Construction Organization Project” with the participation of representatives from the FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.”
The discussion involved heads and specialists from the relevant divisions of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia, as well as experts and specialists from RSE “State Expertise,” including its branches and departments.
During the online meeting, the parties exchanged experience on methods for determining construction duration, accounting for business trips and shift-based methods, and discussed the application of new digital technologies in the Construction Organization Project (POS) section.
In addition, representatives of Glavgosexpertiza of Russia shared insights on determining expenses for organizing and managing construction projects, including administrative and operational costs of contractors, as well as additional expenses related to project solutions.
The participants emphasized that such meetings help consolidate the knowledge, experience, and practical base of experts necessary to address industry challenges.
