RSE “Gosexpertiza” specialists completed training on “Construction project management”

In accordance with the 2024 Professional Training Plan of RSE “Gosexpertiza”, specialists of the Pre-expertise department of the central office, as well as the Northern regional branch of RSE “Gosexpertiza”, completed training on “Construction Project Management” from July 29 to August 1, 2024.
The online training provided knowledge and skills in construction project management, understanding the role of a project manager, setting target indicators, developing a construction project schedule, and managing project risks.
Upon completion of the seminar, participants were awarded certificates confirming the knowledge gained for successful application in their professional activities for the benefit of the enterprise.
