1,177 construction projects ready for reuse

In line with the instructions of the Head of State, the Unified Portal continues to operate the module “State Bank of Construction Projects” (SBCP).
The purpose of the State Bank is to ensure the reuse of projects that have received a positive expert conclusion. Through the SBCP, a customer receives a kind of “template” project, which can later be updated and reused. Projects stored in the Bank may also serve as benchmarks for determining the “estimated cost” of certain facilities.
Mandatory inclusion in the Bank applies to construction projects financed by public funds and by entities of the quasi-public sector. Projects funded through private investment may be submitted to the Bank only at the discretion of the project’s customer.
The advantages of maintaining the State Bank of Construction Projects include saving design time, accessibility and variety of projects (feasibility studies, technical projects, design and estimate documentation), and prompt issuance of document packages (within 3 working days from the date of application registration).
As of today, in the electronic register of the State Bank, customers have signed copyright agreements transferring property (exclusive) rights for 1,177 projects. Among them are socially important projects: housing – 70 projects; healthcare – 322 projects; education – 208 projects; and others. This means that these projects are ready to be provided to interested clients online through the relevant electronic procedure on the Unified Portal.
It is also worth noting that projects are issued free of charge to government agencies, quasi-public sector entities, as well as private individuals who have previously submitted their own projects to the State Bank.
