Representatives of RSE “Gosexpertiza” took part in the VIII International Conference “Development of the Institution of Construction Expertise” in Tatarstan

On September 9, 2024, the VIII International Conference “Development of the Institution of Construction Expertise” was held in Kazan with the participation of representatives of RSE “Gosexpertiza”.
The international pool of participants traditionally included expert bodies from CIS member states, with delegations from Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan. The expert community is closely integrated into the current agenda of international cooperation, where the priority is to seek joint and effective responses to new challenges in the construction sector.
The plenary session featured Vice Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Kazhkenov, as well as Deputy General sirector for digitalization of RSE “Gosexpertiza” S.Serikkhaliev, who delivered a presentation on the strategic directions of the enterprise’s activities.
The key areas of the business program of the VIII International Conference included:
• strategic priorities for the development of the institution of construction expertise and their role in improving national construction systems;
• the model of an effective customer and best practices in managing project costs, timelines, and quality;
• digital construction management and new tools for working with expertise data at all stages of the life cycle of facilities.
Participants also discussed issues of improving pricing and estimate standardization in construction, developing professional competencies, knowledge management, and many other relevant aspects of expert activity.
In this section, Kazakhstan was represented with reports by T.Musabayev, General sirector of RSE “Gosgradkadastr”, and A.Khasen, Director of the construction standardization center of JSC “KazNIISA”.
At the conclusion of the conference, the parties agreed to update approaches to further cooperation and the exchange of experience among organizations engaged in construction expertise within CIS member states.
