Representatives of RSE "Gosexpertiza" spoke about the expertise of BIM projects during the Astana Construction Forum

The Astana Construction Forum brought together construction companies, building materials manufacturers, market experts, and regulators in Astana.
The forum featured panel sessions, including one dedicated to the use of BIM technologies in construction.
During this session, Deputy General director of RSE "Gosexpertiza" S.Serikhaliev shared insights on the practice of conducting expertise of BIM projects. He emphasized the importance of properly formulating the client’s information requirements and gave recommendations to designers on detailing requirements and ensuring model quality checks before submission for expertise.
Participants also discussed challenges in implementing digital trends, the advantages of using BIM technologies, and future plans for the gradual integration of BIM into the business processes of construction projects.
