New streets to appear near Khan Shatyr Mall in Astana

The construction of new streets EK-15/2, EK-16, and EK-23 is planned in the area of the intersection of Anet Baba, K. Mukhamedkhanov, and Tole Bi streets, near the Khan Shatyr Mall.
As of today, the project has been divided into three phases.
Phase I:
• EK-13 Street from E305 Street to EK-12 Street;
• EK-15/1 Street from EK-32 Street to K. Mukhamedkhanov Street;
• EK-16/1 Street from EK-23 Street to EK-27 Street;
• EK-23 Street from E306 Street to Khan Shatyr Mall;
• EK-20 Street from EK-15/1 Street to E306 Street;
• EK-27 Street from EK-16/1 Street to EK-15/1 Street;
• Off-site 20 kV power supply with installation of RPK-2T No. 1 and RPK-2T No. 2.
Phase II:
• EK-15/2 Street from EK-32 Street to K. Mukhamedkhanov Street;
• EK-16 Street from EK-32 Street to K. Mukhamedkhanov Street;
• EK-23 Street from EK-305 Street to EK-306 Street.
Phase III:
• EK-12 Street from K. Mukhamedkhanov Street to Khan Shatyr Mall;
• EK-16/1 Street from EK-13 Street to EK-23 Street;
• EK-23 Street from EK-32 Street to EK-305 Street.
The working project of Phase II was reviewed by the RSE "Gosexpertiza."
Based on the results of the examination, a positive conclusion was issued for the construction project of Phase II roads with two- and four-lane traffic, with a total length of 2.5 km.
The client is the State Institution “Department of Transport and Development of Road Transport Infrastructure of the City of Astana,” and the general designer is LLP "ARRUAL."
