Representatives of the RSE "Gosexpertiza" took part in a seminar on the development of independent construction cost estimation.

A seminar on the topic “Prospects for the Development of Independent Construction Cost Estimation” was held at JSC "KazNIISA."
The seminar was attended by a delegation from the Samara Center for Construction Cost Estimation, representatives of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Utilities of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC "KazNIISA," as well as employees of the cost estimation department and the department of methodological support and project quality expertise of RSE "Gosexpertiza."
During the seminar-meeting, participants discussed the development of a concept for a system of cost estimation standards and indicators, as well as methodologies for cost estimation at the stage of project preparation for construction, reconstruction, and major repairs.
In addition, experts reviewed issues related to the development of information systems and internet resources used as sources of information for determining construction costs.
Summing up the event, participants noted that such seminars are essential to achieving the common goal of improving the quality of construction project management throughout the entire life cycle.
