School-Lyceum №1 named Talgat Bigeldinov to be renovated in Astana

RSE “GosExpertiza” issued a positive conclusion following the review of the project documentation for the major renovation of the building of the State Communal Enterprise “School-Lyceum No. 1 Named After Talgat Bigeldinov.”
The facility is located at 9 Zheltoksan Street in the Saryarkyn district of Astana. According to the project specifications, the school, with a total area of 9,325.5 m², was originally built in 2001.
The working project provides for the rearrangement of rooms, replacement of interior and exterior finishes, flooring, and door units. Additionally, the renovation includes roof replacement, installation of a new automatic fire alarm system, upgrades to electrical supply, lighting, heating, water supply, and sewage systems, as well as the installation of a ventilation system.
The project also plans to install internet, telecommunication, and digital access control systems (ACS).
