Gosexpertiza reviewed over 3,000 projects

By the end of 2024, RSE «Gosexpertiza» reviewed over 3,000 projects, including about 700 projects under national initiatives.
A republic-wide meeting was held at the central office of RSE «Gosexpertiza», attended by heads of all branches and departments across the country. The meeting aimed to summarize 2024 results and develop proposals for the further development of the Gosexpertiza system.
Participants discussed:
• Development of the construction sector,
• Regulatory framework in design and expertise,
• Digitalization of the construction industry.
Deputy General Directors and heads of central office departments delivered reports.
Key outcomes:
• Over 3,000 projects reviewed, including national projects “Comfortable School” and “Modernization of Rural Healthcare” (~700 projects).
• Progress in urban planning expertise, introduced as a mandatory measure in January 2024.
• Consideration of the concept for a unified construction portal and integration of industry information systems.
