RSE “Gosexpertiza” solemnly celebrated the spring holiday of Nauryz on the organization’s premises. Due to the weather in the capital, the team marked the occasion in early May.
Honored guests included the Vice Minister of industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, K.Kazhkenov, the Chairman of the Committee for construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of industry and construction, B.Zhunisbekov, as well as the leadership, staff, and veterans of the organization.
Nauryz is one of the oldest and most significant holidays of the Kazakh people, symbolizing the beginning of the new year according to the solar calendar, the arrival of spring, renewal of nature, and the triumph of goodness, harmony, and abundance. This holiday embodies peace, unity, respect for traditions, and the deep spiritual values of the Kazakh people.
On the enterprise grounds, yurts and traditional Altibakan swings were installed. The team was divided into four groups: East, North, West, and South, each competing in a series of creative and culinary contests.
The first contest involved preparing the national dish “Nauryz kozhe,” symbolizing prosperity and abundance. The second stage included stage performances showcasing Kazakh customs and traditions, such as kudalyk, kөrіsu, tүsau kesu, kеlіn tүsіru, knowledge of zheti ata, and others. All performances were vividly staged, participants dressed in national costumes, and rituals were presented with deep respect for ancestral culture. Lavishly set dastarkhans delighted guests with traditional treats.
Results of the creative competitions:
• 3rd place – South team
• 2nd place – West team
• 1st place – East team
• Grand Prix – North team
The event also featured sports competitions such as kettlebell lifting and arm wrestling (enthusiastically participated in by both men and women), as well as contests on knowledge of Kazakh proverbs and tongue twisters (maqal-matel and zhanyltpash).
The celebration vividly reflected the cultural heritage and traditions of the Kazakh people, demonstrated the spirit of unity, friendship, and mutual respect within the team, and provided all participants and guests with a surge of positive emotions and the atmosphere of a true national holiday.
