Belarusian delegation studies Kazakhstan’s experience in project expertise

On May 27, 2025, an official visit of the Republic of Belarus delegation took place at RSE “Gosexpertiza” in Astana. The purpose of the visit was to exchange experience in organizing project expertise and implementing BIM technologies.
During the visit, the Belarusian guests became acquainted with Kazakhstan’s practices in adopting digital technologies in the construction sector, conducting comprehensive interdepartmental expertise, and the regulatory and methodological aspects of project design in Kazakhstan.
Opening the meeting, RSE “Gosexpertiza” General Director Timur Karagoyshin presented the key principles of the enterprise’s work, including digital transformation of processes, approaches to expert support of projects, and mechanisms for forming expert groups.
“Your visit is not only a demonstration of professional interest but also an important step in strengthening cooperation between our organizations in project expertise and the implementation of advanced technologies. We are glad to share the experience we have accumulated and are also keen to learn about your expertise and practices in organizing expertise,” said T.Karagoyshin.
During the meeting, specialists from RSE “Gosexpertiza” and the Belarusian delegation discussed the following areas:
• Regulatory and methodological support for expertise;
• Production processes;
• Legal regulation of expert activities;
• Implementation of BIM technologies in expertise and design.
The Belarusian delegation included specialists from RUE “Glavgosstroyexpertiza” and JSC “Gomel DSK.” The visit is expected to be an important step toward deepening professional cooperation between state expert organizations of Belarus and Kazakhstan.
It is worth noting that this October marks the 10th anniversary of the cooperation agreement between RSE “Gosexpertiza” and RUE “Glavgosstroyexpertiza” of Belarus. Over this period, the interaction between the two organizations has developed productively, in the spirit of active experience exchange through bilateral visits as well as international conferences and forums.
