Gosexpertiza holds session on construction digitalization at AstanaBuild 2025 Exhibition

Digital technologies in the spotlight of the construction industry: from national portals to BIM standards – a session by RSE “Gosexpertiza” was held in Astana as part of the international AstanaBuild 2025 exhibition.
On May 28, 2025, the 25th Anniversary Kazakhstan International construction and interior exhibition AstanaBuild 2025 opened at the Expo International Exhibition Center in Astana. One of the key events of the business program was a session on digitalization in the construction sector, moderated by RSE “Gosexpertiza.”
The session, titled “Digital platforms in construction,” brought together representatives from government and private organizations working in construction digitalization and the implementation of BIM technologies.
Key digital solutions presented at the session included:
• Geoinformation portal of the State Urban planning cadastre (RSE “GosGradKadastr”);
• Design and expertise portal (RSE “Gosexpertiza”);
• Digital services of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company”;
• Construction monitoring platform eQurylys (JSC “KazNIISA”);
• Innovative platform STROYKA.KZ (LLP “Toka Dev”);
• BIM Club initiatives on open standards for Revit.
The session concluded with an open discussion, during which participants exchanged views on the digital transformation of Kazakhstan’s construction industry.
Such events help strengthen cooperation among construction sector participants, promote digital tools, and facilitate the implementation of innovative solutions at all stages of the construction project lifecycle.
