A modern Rehabilitation center for people with disabilities to open in Taldykorgan with 150 Places

RSE “Gosexpertiza” issued a positive conclusion on the project for the construction of a Rehabilitation center for people with disabilities in Taldykorgan, Zhetysu Region.
According to the project, the Center is intended for temporary residence, wellness, and medical rehabilitation of persons with disabilities, as well as organizing their leisure activities and meals. The Center is designed for 150 people and includes five main blocks: A, B, V, G, D, along with a checkpoint and a technical building.
• Block A (Cultural and Sports): Includes a wellness swimming pool measuring 12.96 × 7.96 m with a capacity of 46 people, a sports hall 24 × 12 m for team sports (25 people), an auditorium with 150 seats, and male and female changing rooms.
• Block B (Medical): A three-story block with offices for medical care and rehabilitation.
• Block V: Houses a dining area with two halls for 125 people (75 for visitors and 55 for staff).
• Blocks G and D (Residential, Two-Story): Contain single and double rooms for 148 residents. Each floor includes sanitary rooms with bathtubs, washing and disinfecting machines, refrigerators, and electric kettles.
Special attention in the project is given to creating a comfortable environment for people with limited mobility. The design includes ramps, elevators, widened doorways, specialized restrooms and bathing facilities, tactile strips, and sound signals to ensure safety and spatial orientation.
The Center will be an important step in developing inclusive infrastructure and an accessible environment in the Zhetysu Region, improving the quality of life for people with disabilities.
