Gosexpertiza holds seminar on working with the e-Otinish platform

As part of improving the handling of appeals from individuals and legal entities, on June 19, 2025, a seminar was held to explain the provisions of the Administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the operation of the “e-Otinish” information system for employees of RSE “Gosexpertiza” and its branches via the Qosyl video conferencing platform.
The seminar speakers were representatives of the Committee on legal statistics and special records of the General prosecutor’s office of Kazakhstan and the State corporation NAC “Government for citizens.”
Following the seminar, responsible employees were instructed to consistently comply with the provisions and requirements of the Administrative procedural code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and to monitor the deadlines for processing appeals from individuals and legal entities.
