Roundtable on estimation standards and pricing held at RSE “Gosexpertiza”

On June 26–27, 2025, a roundtable was held at the central office of RSE “Gosexpertiza” with the participation of experts in the estimation section of project documentation and specialists in reviewing pricing proposals.
The event was organized to discuss practical issues related to the application of existing regulations, exchange experiences, and improve the quality of cost estimate expertise.
Participants included representatives from the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, branches and departments of RSE “Gosexpertiza,” as well as specialists from the Construction standardization center of JSC “KazNIISA.”
During the roundtable, participants discussed current pricing issues and ways to improve the process of reviewing cost estimate documentation.
The specialists also examined matters related to adjustments of cost estimate documentation, the AGSK-3 catalog, collections of estimated prices and tariffs, aggregated cost indicators, and the calculation of maximum costs.
Following the two-day discussion, recommendations were developed to enhance the quality of expertise, update the regulatory framework, and implement digital solutions in the work of estimation departments.
