Joint training with the Ministry of Emergency Situations: implementation of new fire safety requirements

As part of the implementation of new legislation in the field of civil protection, experts from RSE “Gosexpertiza” are participating in training events organized by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan for territorial unit staff and representatives of the design community.
The training is conducted in connection with the introduction of new functions provided by the Law “On Civil Protection.” One of the key innovations of the law is the issuance of conclusions by territorial MES bodies for facilities with mass occupancy and buildings taller than 28 meters.
The procedure for issuing these conclusions involves verifying the facility’s compliance with fire safety requirements at the stage of commissioning. The new procedure will come into effect on August 25, 2025.
The participation of state expertise specialists is aimed at enhancing the professional community’s preparedness and ensuring effective implementation of the new approaches in fire safety control.
