National Archive holds seminar for Gosexpertiza employees

To enhance competencies in archival work and records management, on July 17, 2025, RSE “Gosexpertiza” organized a training seminar jointly with the National Archive of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was held online and included representatives from all branches of the Enterprise responsible for archival work, translation, and office administration.
During the seminar, specialists from the National Archive provided detailed explanations on key issues, including managing the file index, retention periods, rules for printing and scanning documents with permanent retention, developing regulations for departmental archives and expert commissions, as well as procedures for file destruction and transfer schedules to the archive.
RSE “Gosexpertiza” expresses gratitude to the National Archive specialists for their methodological support and constructive collaboration. The knowledge gained will serve as a practical tool for standardizing archival processes within the Enterprise’s structural divisions.
