Minister of Industry and construction of Kazakhstan holds meeting at Gosexpertiza on digitalization of the construction sector

Today, the Minister of industry and construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Y.Nagaspaev, and Vice Minister K. Kazhkenov held a working meeting at RSE “Gosexpertiza” on the digital transformation of the construction sector.
During the visit, subordinate organizations of the ministry — RSE “Gosexpertiza,” RSE “Gosgradkadastr,” and JSC “KazNIISA” — presented reports highlighting key achievements, existing information systems, and development plans.
The meeting reviewed all industry systems aimed at digitalizing the construction lifecycle: the Urban planning Cadastre system (AIS GGC), the GBIМ Design and expertise portal (State bank of information models), and the control and monitoring system E-Kurylys. The concept of a Unified construction portal with seamless integration between industry systems was also presented.
The Minister familiarized himself with digital services and tools for issuing initial permitting documents, construction monitoring using artificial intelligence, conducting expertise, preparing as-built documentation, and automating cost estimate verification.
The Minister highly praised the work of specialists and emphasized that digitalization is a key factor for efficiency and transparency in the sector, especially amid growing construction volumes and quality requirements.
Following the meeting, a directive was issued to continue joint efforts in implementing advanced technologies and digital solutions in Kazakhstan’s construction industry.
