Head and experts of the Department for Zhambyl region of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” Southern branch discuss project adaptation of a Metallurgical plant with Chinese Investors.

From August 13 to 16, 2025, a working trip was conducted by a group consisting of Head B.K. Nurmanbetov and experts from the Department for Zhambyl region of the RSE “Gosexpertiza” Southern branch to the Beijing Design Institute, Beijing Shougang International Engineering Technology Co., Ltd., and the operating metallurgical plant YANGZHOU QINYOU STEEL CO. LTD.
The purpose of the trip was to hold negotiations on adapting design solutions developed by the Chinese design institute, taking into account the requirements of legislation and regulations in Kazakhstan, safety standards, and the specifics of local operating conditions.
During the trip, working meetings were held with representatives of the Chinese investors, the Beijing Design Institute, and the operating metallurgical plant YANGZHOU QINYOU STEEL CO. LTD. Specialists familiarized themselves with the specifics of design and estimate documentation developed by the Chinese side, modern technological solutions, and production processes applied in practice.
The working trip to the Beijing Design Institute and the production enterprises in China was productive and allowed specialists to gain additional experience and information.
