RSE “Gosexpertiza” approves project for a New Kindergarten in Almaty

A new kindergarten will be built in the Almalinsky district of Almaty at 49 Tlendiyeva Street. The project includes the demolition of the existing building and the construction of a new kindergarten with a capacity of 240 children aged 1 to 7 years.
The new building will consist of three two-story blocks and accommodate 11 separate group units with nursery groups:
• Junior nursery group (ages 1–3) — 2 groups, 12 places each;
• Junior group (ages 3–4) — 2 groups, 24 places each;
• Middle group (ages 4–5) — 3 groups, 24 places each;
• Senior group (ages 5–6) — 2 groups, 24 places each;
• Preparatory group (ages 6–7) — 2 groups, 24 places each.
The total area of the building will exceed 5,500 square meters, and the land plot will cover 0.97 hectares. The site will include group and sports playgrounds, parking spaces, including spots for people with disabilities.
The project client is the State institution “Department of construction of Almaty city” and the general designer is LLP “Exclusive Project Company”
