The project for a New theater in Aktobe receives positive approval from the State expertise

The RSE “Gosexpertiza” has approved the project for the construction of a new musical and drama theater in the Aktobe region.
The future theater building will be constructed from scratch in the “Altyn Orda” district of Aktobe, at the intersection of G. Zhubanova street and “Mangilik El” street, and will become a significant element of the city’s cultural infrastructure.
The theater will include halls for vocal training, choreography, and choir, a press conference hall, a museum, and the project also provides for two auditoriums:
• A large hall with 420 seats;
• A small hall with 280 seats.
The total capacity will be 700 people.
The theater’s stage equipment will be operated by a modern computerized system, including spotlights, fly bars, a revolving stage, and curtains.
The total area of the building will exceed 6,800 square meters, and the adjacent land plot will cover 5.71 hectares.
The project’s client is the state institution “Department of Construction, Architecture, and Urban Planning of the Aktobe Region.” The general designer is LLP “KazNIPI of Energy and Communications”.
