Construction pricing.

In connection with innovations in regulatory documents in the field of pricing in construction, on January 26, 2024, a meeting was held at the RSE Gosexpertiza site, at which a presentation on these changes was held by the director of the JSC Center for Rationing in Construction of KAZNIISA for employees of the RSE Gosexpertiza, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan, JSC Samruk-Kazyna Construction" and design institutes. During the meeting, the developer of the regulatory document gave explanations regarding the application of cost indices for construction, which will allow updating the correct calculation of construction reserve rates quarterly and optimizing the cost of construction, including the application of coefficients to the price of price lists.
