Seminar "Estimated standardization and pricing in construction at the present stage in the Republic of Kazakhstan"

The project academy "KAZGOR" held a seminar "Estimated standardization and pricing in construction at the present stage in the Republic of Kazakhstan". In it, from the branch of RSE "Gosexpertiza" in Kostanay oblast, experts-estimates were used Klyukina LA. and Tatieva AS. At the seminar, regulatory documents were considered: by definition of the estimated cost of construction in the Republic of Kazakhstan, by determining the amount of overheads and estimated profit in construction, by determining the additional costs associated with the construction organization's construction decisions. The following collections were also considered: aggregated estimates of the estimated cost of construction, estimated norms for construction of temporary buildings and structures, estimated norms for additional costs in the manufacture of construction and installation works in the winter. Changes and additions to collections of elemental estimated norms of resource consumption for construction, repair and construction works and installation of equipment were considered. At the end of the seminar, the participants were given certificates.
