Organize and mediative competences for the organization of effective work of youth trade-union leaders. The quest «Monday begins on Saturday»

On September 25-28, 2015 the chief specialist (the lawyer, on government purchases) the administrative and managerial personnel of branch of Gannochenko O.V. participated in the II International youth forum of labor union of builders on a subject «Organize and mediative competences for the organization of effective work of youth trade-union leaders». The quest «Monday begins on Saturday», organized and carried out by International of Builders and benchman (BWI), Labor union of builders of Kyrgyzstan, in Cholpan-Ata city, sanatorium «Blue Issyk Kul». The forum was held the chairman and the chief specialist of RK of labor union «Builder» Sultakeev Toktogul Sultakeevich and the Chub Elena in which delegations from Russia, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan took part. At a forum were discussed the questions of an organayzing, a choice of the most effective tactics and strategy at working off of skills of the young trade-union leader. Thanks to non-standard and interesting holding a forum in a look a quest game «Monday begins on Saturday», all participants shared on 2 (two) teams and having elected captains, entered fight for a rank of the most skillful and resourceful. On the termination of a course, were handed the certificates of participation in the II International youth forum of labor union of builders.
