The basic industrial parameters of activity RSE «Gosexpertiza» for the first quarter 2011

For I quarter of current year as a whole on republic the system of State examination had been considered 1 807 units of the design documentation on construction (reconstruction, overhaul, technical re-equipment). From them to the statement 1 761 unit of the design documentation is recommended.
The analysis of the considered design documentation has shown, that for I quarter 2011 on the objects financed due to the state investments, 1 466 units of the design documentation that makes 81,1 % from the general number of the considered design documentation have been considered. Private investments have been invested in 341 unit of the design documentation that makes 18,9 % from the general number of the considered design documentation.
For I quarter 2011 because of poor quality of the design documentation, described presence of numerous defects and violations of normative requirements, 46 units of the design documentation are returned for revision on completion. In total in the projects, it has been revealed more than 80 thousand significant defects and deviations from norms of designing.
As a result of updating the design documentation under remarks of State examination and application of offers recommended by her, and also exceptions of unreasonable and no-purpose expenses, the general declared budget (estimated) cost of construction in projects has been lowered on 146,203 billion tenge, including projects financed due to the state investments - on 75,577 billion tenge.
