First of all, digitalization: the results of the III International conference in Moscow

Employees of RSE "Gosexpertiza", headed by the General director, took part in the annual International Conference "Development of the Institute of Construction Expertise," held in Moscow on September 19, 2019. Representatives of organizations of state expertise of the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Russian Federation were present among the foreign guests of the event, in addition to the domestic delegation. This year, the international bloc of conference participants was replenished with colleagues from the state expertise system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During the meeting, national delegations presented the results of production activities, informed colleagues about the current state and status of the state in the territory of the represented state, explained the latest legislative and other regulatory changes in the field of design and expertise, announced the measures planned for implementation to improve the procedure for conducting the examination. In addition, the event focused on the digitalization of expertise and the construction industry, as well as the introduction and support of information modeling technology. RSE "Gosexpertiza" in its speech: 1) familiarized the audience with the ongoing transformations of the branch system and the internal structure of the administrative block of the Enterprise; 2) highlighted changes in legislation regarding the examination of projects for facilities in the city of Turkestan; 3) presented the key directions for the development of the Portal and the Unified Information System of Comprehensive non-departmental expertise, within the framework of further digitalization, on the principle of "one window"; 4) informed about the development of the BIM information modeling technology in the republic and the participation of the Enterprise in this process. The attention of foreign specialists was attracted by innovations in terms of combining administrative services, the introduction of an expert support procedure for Turkestan facilities, as well as plans for the digital transformation of processes at the stages of expertise, pre-design and design preparation of construction. Participants in the international conference noted the observed similarity of digitalization initiatives - as an indicator of the correctly chosen development vector. As a result of the meeting, the parties once again confirmed the need to continue regular cooperation and mutual consultations for the sake of the operational development of expertise in the EAEU countries.
