We would like to inform You that by order of the Committee of state property and privatization of Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 27, 2019 No. 212 "On amendments and additions to the Charter of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic conducting "State out of departmental examination of projects" (RSE "Statexpertise") Committee on Affairs of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan" in accordance with the order of the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic conducting "State out of departmental examination of projects" Committee on Affairs of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RSE "Statexpertise") "On amendments to the regulations on the branches of RSE "Statexpertise" dated March 20, 2019 No. 125, in the legal founding documents of the branch of RSE "Statexpertise" in Almaty, as amended, under which name: "branch in Almaty, Republican state enterprise on the right of economic conducting "State out of departmental examination of projects" (RSE "Statexpertise") of the Committee on Affairs of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of investments and development of Republic of Kazakhstan" after registration/re-registration has been changed to "Branch in Almaty, Republican state enterprise on the right of economic conducting "State out of departmental examination of projects" Committee on Affairs of construction and housing and communal services of the Ministry of industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RSE "Statexpertise")".
