Report of information about celebrating the 20 anniversary from the date of formation of state expert appraisal of projects

Within the limits of realization of the decision of Ministerial council of the USSR from July, 23rd, 1987, #841 «About perfection of examination of projects and estimates on construction of the enterprises, buildings and the constructions subordinated to republican and local authorities» the Central administrative board state out of departmental examination on August, 8th, 1988 has been created at Gosstroy to the Kazakh SSR and the branched out network of departmental examinations is abolished.

Later, within the limits of carried out administrative reform, the governmental order of Republic Kazakhstan from January, 24th, 1996, #88 «About perfection of the architectonic-town-planning supervisory control in Republic Kazakhstan» was accepted. According to this decision on the basis of abolished Department state out of departmental projects examination at Republic Kazakhstan Minstroe the Republican state enterprise on the right of economic conducting «State out of departmental projects examination» with its affiliated state enterprises in areas and the cities of Akmolas and Almaty has been created.

Now, in RSE "Gosexpertiza" is guideed preparation of the program and a plan of measures, dated to the 20 anniversary of system of state expert appraisal of projects.
