Republican meeting on results of work for 1 half-year

The republican meeting of heads of territorial divisions RSE «Gosexpertiza» on July, 26th, 2012 took place in the city of Astana on results of work for 1 half-year. In work of meeting have taken part the Deputy Chairman of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services Galiev V.G. and other senior officers of the central agency.
With the summary report on the results reached for the accounting period General director RSE «Gosexpertiza» B.B.Yerezhepov who has designated the current problems put before republican system of state expert appraisal of projects has acted.
In second half of day participants of republican meeting have taken part in work of board of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on which results of work for the accounting period have been brought and the problems following from the state and branch programs are designated.
The same day the expanded meeting took place in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan with participation of heads RSE «Gosexpertiza» and territorial managements of the state architecturally-building control, supervision, licensing and certification. With the report the Deputy Chairman of Agency Galiev V.G. who has sounded questions of the control and maintenance of quality of construction at realization of programs «Ak bulak» for 2011-2020, housing construction for 2011-2014, modernization of housing and communal services for 2011-2020 has acted. The special attention has been given to questions of increase in a share of the Kazakhstan maintenance, directed on strengthening of national economy and maintenance of a domestic commodity producer at realization of the specified programs.
As a whole for 1 half-year 2012 on republic RSE «Gosexpertiza» has considered 5 136 units of the design documentation. Thus, after reduction of design decisions conformity with normative requirements and exceptions of unreasonable amounts of works and expenses, the sum of a total cost of construction, under the projects approved by examination, has been lowered on 496 billion 335 million tenge. From them 217 billion 671 million tenge are the state investments.
On results of industrial activity for 1 half-year the rating of territorial divisions RSE «Gosexpertiza» has been made: the first place has borrowed «Taldykorgangosexpertiza», the second –«Atyraugosexpertiza» and the third – «Kyzylordagosexpertiza»
